It is British Seafood’s policy that all BSL brands must be free from genetically modified ingredients and derivatives, compliant with current legislation.
British Seafood Ltd recognise the life threatening allergic reaction (anaphylaxis) that nuts and other allergens can cause, and that sensitivity is increasing. It is, therefore, our strict policy to provide information (by way of appropriate labelling) relating to the presence of nuts and other allergens.
British Seafood Ltd endeavours to avoid using artificial colours and preservatives, unless absolutely necessary e.g. as a processing aid.
